Dover Community Garden

OBJECTIVE   ​

Recognizing the prevalence of residents cultivating their own gardens in their backyards. Chelsea EDC aims to provide a safe and communal space where residents can cultivate a healthy lifestyle while fostering connections with like-minded neighbors. The community garden will serve as a hub for residents to come together, share their gardening knowledge, and enjoy the benefits of a collective gardening experience.

IMPLEMENTATION:

• To ensure efficient use of the garden space and promote accountability, participating residents will be required to sign a contract outlining their responsibilities, rules of garden use, and maintenance expectations.

• As part of its beautification efforts, Chelsea EDC will provide essential gardening supplies such as soil, seeds, fertilizers, tools, and planters to participating residents.​
