OBJECTIVE   ​

Chelsea EDC aims to enchance the aesthetic appeal, safety, and livability of Chelsea by implementing proactive measures to prevent graffiti vandalism and swiftly removing graffiti tags. Through coordinated efforts with Public Works and Code Enforcement, Chelsea EDC seeks to maintain clean and visually appealing public spaces.​

IMPLEMENTATION:

• Combat graffiti concerns by obtaining permission from property owners or responsible parties to cover graffiti with paint, improving the visual appeal of affected properties.
